The 28st edition of the Málaga Film Festival was held for 10 days, from 14 to March 23, 2025 in the city of Malaga in Spain, awarding the best films from a large part of the world. The president of the jury for the main competition was Mercedes Morán. The movie La deuda, opened the festival.
A total of 260 films from 54 different countries were screened at the Festival.
