The 15st edition of the Morelia Film Festival was held for 10 days, from 20 to October 29, 2017 in the city of Morelia, Michoacan in Mexico, awarding the best films from a large part of the world. The president of the jury for the main competition was Béla Tarr. The movie Coco, opened the festival.
