The 21st edition of the Morelia Film Festival was held for 10 days, from 20 to October 29, 2023 in the city of Morelia, Michoacan in Mexico, awarding the best films from a large part of the world. The president of the jury for the main competition was Rodrigo Prieto. The movie The Dead Don't Hurt, opened the festival.
A total of 96 films were screened at the Festival.
