The film revolves around the Parque Parque Mayer, a place where you can feel all of Portugal. The action takes place in 1933, year of the approval of the New State Constitution, which limits the freedom of expression of all those who pass through the park. In this place, where the magazine and the satires allowed to reach freedoms that were not possible before, the stories are built between censorship and the struggle to avoid it.
This is the last film by António Pedro Vasconcelos, a well-known Portuguese director.
