So those films or Series whose main theme has to do with transgender people or Transsexuality or in which their protagonists belong to these groups. These films generally show the violence, feelings and difficulties experienced by transgender people, trying to move and make the audience reflect on the development of a more equal society.



 

Although the number of films about transgender characters is not large, in recent years the number of projects on this subject has increased, however, there is controversy that in most of these films their protagonists are not played by trans actors.
