When soccer star Danny Meehan (Vinnie Jones) lands himself in jail for fixing an important match, the warden tries to force the rough rough-and-tumble athlete to train his guards semi-professional soccer team. Knowing the help will only make enemies among his cellmates for the next three years, he agrees to train the prisoners instead and make them a practice team for the guards.
