Free Money (1998)

This black comedy features Charlie Sheen and Thomas Haden Church playing a couple of small-town American drifters who both end up in shotgun marriages to twin teenage sisters (Christina and Holly Watson). Their father is screen legend Marlon Brando, who turns out to be the father-in-law from Hell--a corrupt and psychotic prison warden who doesn't exactly warm to his two new sons-in-law. Learning about a train coming down from Canada transporting old U.S. bills, Sheen convinces Church that robbing the shipment is their chance to get themselves and their brides away from Brando. Meanwhile, an FBI agent (Mia Sorvino ) is already investigating Brando for the murder of one of his inmates.
