Butterfly games (2004)

Kostya, a sixteen-year-old aspiring musician, receives an invitation to Moscow to participate in a music competition. The guy decides to celebrate this event with his friends, they get drunk and get involved in a criminal story - they steal someone else's car. The short trip ends in tragedy: the boys run over a man and flee. The jury of the event announces others as the winners of the competition, and Kostya returns home, where he is conducting an investigation. The mother and the girl who is not in love with him are ready to do anything to save the boy from prison, but he, hardened by failures and disappointments, acts his way...
