Frescos (TV Movie20)

The film "Frescos" tells about the life of the country after the collapse of the USSR and the earthquake that hit Armenia almost simultaneously. The setting is the city of Gyumri, which even today, almost 13 years later, resembles the landscape after the battle. The whole life of the city is mainly centered around the market. The main product is bread. The veneration of bread in Armenia has ancient roots: the words “food” and “bread” are synonyms in the Armenian language. The heroes of the film "Frescos" are the boy Varouj, the priest Tatul, the gravedigger Garnik, and the masons Leva and Artur.
