The strongest assets of this film are undoubtedly its atmosphere, built through a well-chosen location and competent cinematography. While the early scenes successfully establish a genuine sense of dread through the visuals and score, that tension unfortunately dissipates due to a plot twist that offers nothing new to the genre.
