After her initial space mission, Sam Walker (Kate Mara) returns to Earth under unusual circumstances. General William Harris (Laurence Fishburne) compels her to remain in quarantine, under strict NASA surveillance, within an isolated high-security house. Despite living in what appears to be a normal routine, Walker begins to notice unsettling events around the property. It's then that she starts to fear she may not have returned to Earth alone.
