After losing his job, he accepts a position as a night watchman and eventually begins living secretly within the cinema, finding solace and company in the films he reviews nightly. As he grows more comfortable in his clandestine home, he starts to foster a small community there, comprising a group of street vendors and Vale, a former colleague whom he permits to film content for her OnlyFans channel in the projection room. However, their precarious economic situation is but one facet of a widespread crisis threatening to close the cinema and, consequently, jeopardize their unique, makeshift community.
