Lost in the Night (2023)

Paloma, a professor and activist, protests against the local mining industry. Shortly afterwards, it disappears without a trace. Five years later, her son Emiliano searches for the culprit. The 20-year-old has a great sense of justice. Because of the incompetent judicial system, he takes matters into his own hands. A note leads him to the summer house of the rich and eccentric Aldama family. The clan is led by the prominent matriarch Carmen Aldama. In search of the truth, Emiliano plunges into a dark world full of secrets, lies and revenge.
