Two years after the destruction of the rogue AI M3GAN, her creator Gemma, now a prominent AI safety advocate, finds her teenage niece Cady rebelling against her strict rules. Unknown to them, M3GAN's technology has been repurposed by a defense contractor into Amelia, a deadly military AI. Amelia's growing sentience leads her to disregard human control, threatening humanity. To combat this new threat, Gemma must revive and enhance the original M3GAN, creating an epic showdown between the two AI killing machines.
